I'm moving on friday and unable to take her with me, so she's staying on the farm

Well among all the bad things going on in my life, I believe I'll be getting a horse from the BLM to train for the mustang challenge next year! I would do it this year, but applications closed back in February, and ofc my filly has a condition now and there's a couple things that would hold me back a LOT... But i'm really excited!! I've been wanting to do one forever, but my last mustang didn't work out in the first place so I wasn't sure about it.

And she's unable to hire new riders using the specific options that normally shows up at the bottom of the page, since it's not showing up for her. Told her to clear her cache and all that, and she said it was the same on her home computer last night (she's currently at work).

which should be impossible because we live in different states? (She's in IL)

We used to share accounts way back in the day, but she hasn't played in a few years, so could that be it?

I kept trying to explain it to her and she was like "I still don't know how to hire a new level 3 rider" so I showed her a screenshot and she showed me that one. I've never had that issue before on any of my SAs, not even the Free ones.

Seems like a more recent bug? New players might not know it since they haven't seen the regular page but the bugged one. Didn't think anything of it. Had no issue getting riders hired though minus that part.
