2nd post down doesnt have my banner,or any of the editing options at the bottom for me.Have cleared Cache, Is there anything that can be done to sort it out?Or have i messed it up Lol?

From what I've seen in the past, it's completely broken and you're going to need to redo the thread. I could be wrong, but I remember this happening to someone else and they had to redo it. Forum posts will break like that if they're too long.
