If I understand COI correctly... if there are any repeated horses in the bloodline, it should show up in COI ... she is showing 0% and I am seeing Super Cobra WAx twice in the sire's side.. So it should show some percentage I would think.

As I understand it from the blurb on the calculation page, the COI percentage only has to do with ancestors that appear on both sides of the pedigree. So even if one side of the pedigree is completely inbred, as long as the other parent has different blood, they can still have a COI of 0. In which case this wouldn't be a bug.
