If I were to sell a round pen I bought with ebs, would I be able to buy another round pen for ebs? The grow page says that I can only buy one round pen with ebs, but if I sold the one I bought with ebs would that mean I can buy another one with ebs or would I then have to use real money? Sorry if that was confusing.

This is normal. There's a 48 hour cooldown after your auction finishes, and it will show the horses still in auction until it finishes.
