Breed Approval Error

Since today is rollover, I should be able to rate 1 horse of my choosing. However, when I go to breed approvals, it says that I have already rated a horse today, which I have not. I am a free stable so I know I only get one, but I have always been able to rate on rollover days. Can you help?

You guys are both free accounts, and free accounts do not get breed approvals on Sundays. Only mondays, wednesdays, and fridays. This is not a bug.

I have always been able to rate on rollover day, no matter if that is a sunday, monday, tuesday, etc. I just want to know why it's suddenly not letting me do it.

I just renewed my account today to a premium but for some reason it didnt go through, which is what I was saying but it seems to be fixed now.
