Bought a colt with art. Wanted to change to default. Wouldn't change. Fawn tried to reset, got Error box. Now can't change that to default either, and can't copy link to this message. |

I'm a little unclear on what the issue is and if I am, Eve might be, too. The image looks to be default. What exactly is the problem you are having? |

Are you trying to remove the game provided background? To do that, you click on 'manage horse -> set background -> default picture. If that doesnt work, go to your account and select "none on my horses" and that should remove it.

The horse had artwork on it. When they tried to reset the horse image to default it wouldn't let them. After I reset it still wouldn't let them change the horse image at all. They sent the horse to me and I was able to reset the image to the default game image but they weren't able to at all. Don't know if it's on their end or a true bug that needs to be squashed. |

Even before they sent the horse to you when I viewed the horses page it showed the default image |
