I recently had my profile picture taken down. I fixed it and put the credits on the image and whatnot.

But it wont let me put the 169x300 version of it and just gives me the message that it cant be more than 300x300 when it isnt? ^^"

It let's me put back the 300x300 one that doesnt have credits though. Why? ^^"

Stable avis need to be 300x300 pixels no matter what.

It lets you put on the uncredited avi on because it's the correct size, and the actual size doesn't check credits, the mods do.

So you'll just need to change the sizing of the image with credits ^^

I got it to work finally, but I still dont get what was wrong:') and it was awful lol

It will usually tell you what the issue is. A lot of the time, if you're using a phone, it will try to save the image as a JPEG (instead of PNG or JPG) which isn't accepted on the site, no matter the size...

In addition to image dimensions, you also have to consider the file size which can further complicate things occasionally 🫤

The image also cannot be over 100000 bytes, which may have been the problem :)
