date format:
01/10/2020 1 AM
01/12/2020 9 AM
also tried different dates and time - thanks in advance |

This may or may not be the reason, but it's already past 1/10/20 at 1AM. The starting date/time has to be in the future. Usually that will just give you an error message at the top of the page, so the rest I can't explain. |
