I am also having a similar issue. I just now set free about 150 horses today. I had already met my free release cap and was just releasing these for 2 release quests. I met the quests so I know they triggered some thing. My accountant doesn't show them being released. Just in case the day's info is needed I just copied all of today because it is odd my FR credits equal my breeding fee income.

Also, it would be nice if the FR 400 payout was more than 1700ebs since the FR cap was instituted. I know the wild capture fee was lowered but but I usually free release low rated foals I have bred so a lower capture price doesn't help offset the loss of FRing more than 100 for a quest.

I just set 24 horses free and again the amount of credited matches my breeding fees earned while the number of horses released is incorrect.

In my case, the amount of falsely free ranged horses match the horses that competed that day. No credits are really given at least.

I've free ranged about 5 to 7 horses daily for a quest.
