Issy, Just super easy to breed EEAA horses which will only produce Bay Foals.
Sabino seems to be like dog poo and just sticks to everything!

about the only thing I avoid is grey (takes over too much and some of the grey coloration are kinda ugly) and frame (again, takes over and makes breeding a bitch)

I dont think they are ugly.
They are/were just SOOO common in X's. and super tricky to avoid breeding to for a while though...

Its funny though. in RL, i have a Bay Roan Sabino mare and its my favourite colour!

I don't think that's a bug. It's normal in horses to see the tail skin at the base.

It happens on AA with the bang tail as well - I think it's intended as the horse is lifting their tail slightly so you can see the skin where the tail has been 'tidied up'. Example:
