There's something funky going on with the trail ride horse-selection dropdown—after submitting a horse for the ride, that horse is removed from the list... but so is another, entirely unrelated horse who was neither selected nor added to the ride's signup list.

It's only been happening for a few days, and while I've yet to decipher what the connection between the horse selected and the missing horse is, it does seem like the pairing is consistent rather than random; I originally noticed it because multiple times in a row, signing up Tempest O'er the Deep for a ride then also removed TF Now on VHS (who was the other horse I was going to sign up, and therefore pretty obviously missing). That wasn't a problem last week when I was signing up the same pair.

If I sign them up in the opposite order—first VHS, then Tempest—I don't lose the Tempest from the list (I don't know yet if there's just a different horse going missing in that case. From what I've seen so far, I'm guessing there is). But if I sign Tempest up first, VHS goes missing every time.

I just replicated it with another set of horses—I signed up 📎 43033456 and NTG Love or Money, and now 📎 43033445 is missing from the dropdown. I think she vanished after the first submission of that pair, but I'm not 100% on that. I'm also not sure if a second horse then vanished after the latter signup. I was thinking far enough ahead this time to snag a screenshot of part of the list before the first signup to check against, but at that point I was still working under the theory that the missing horse would likely be the same number of list spaces away from the signup horse as the pair I first noticed it with were. That turned out not to be the case so I haven't got enough screenshotted to check the full list.

I'm not sure if this is limited to the trail ride form or if it's happening in any dropdown where a list item is removed upon submission; I haven't run into another instance of that sort of form setup but if I do I'll keep an eye out for similar behavior. I'll also try to come back next time I join a trail ride and add some more firm examples now that I'm looking out for it.
