So it was pointed out in chat that it seems like the only shades of bay one can get this month have been light bay and mahogany bay. I also noticed when rerolling (I used over 40+ rerolls) that I couldn't get blood bay, copper bay, golden bay, etc. Only light bay and mahogany bay.

Upon using the horse search there have been no blood bay, copper bay, golden bay, etc born this month so far which is extremely odd and not normal.

So could there be a bug or a slip up when the new buckskin and dunskin were added?

I've experienced this too.
I don't know if it's possible, but if this is a real bug, could we somehow get a refund on our rerolls or a few more? This bug kind of defeats the purpose of them IMO. Thanks <3
