Ive seen this one every time I've made an account over the years, so it's been there a long time but I thought it was a design choice until I came back and made a new account and realized it's also on white horses. This mark appears on all colors, not sure if all breeds or not. I think its marking 2 on starter horses? Not sure.

This one appears across every breed and color on starter horses, maybe I didn't pay much attention the last few times since it's a subtle detail if you're not paying attention, but I didn't notice it until this time around, could be new.

I'm using android, it occured in and out of desktop mode. However pretty sure it has happened to me on chrome in windows too
