Mardi Gras Foal beads not available?

I placed an alert for all the new Holiday items in on October 10, the day of release. So far all have been obtained except the Mardi Gras foal beads. I have never recieved an alert about them, nor have they been in the store the multiple times over the last 7 days when I have checked. I went to make sure I had them on alert and found this in the drop-down menu. There are parenthesis but no month inside them.

I wondered if this is the problem? or if they weren't ready for release?
