I recently hired a new level one rider for my horses, and bought some apparel for him (skin tone, hair, eyebrows) and applied it. I came back to pay him a week later, and noticed that the apparel was no longer applied. I checked in the wardrobe and in the unequipped but it has literally disappeared like it was never there.

I have an iPad Pro, iOS 16.5.1, if that's any help at all, but I also frequently log on to the site on my iPhone (14 Pro, iOS 16.5.1)

I forgot to add I had also bought a different eye color for him as well-- basically an entire makeover

Did you fire your rider or forget to pay him?

I didn't fire him. I might have forgotten to pay him for a day or two, but I pay all my riders at the same time though, and my other riders didn't lose their apparel.

I have a similar issue, I hired a rider recently and I am 100% sure she had brown eyes (as I would have buy a brown eye kit because they are ugly lol) and now 2 days later she has blue eyes. She's still wearing the hair I gave her so that part is ok. I'm pretty sure some of my other riders changed a bit too but I'm not 100% sure.

There was a bug causing them to change appearance. It was fixed.
