I believe that's the manchado pattern? I think if you search for it in the search horses menu you can see if there are any for sale or for breeding, but I think it's a mutation?

You cant breed for it.

When I try to purchase used tack from the store it says the tack I tried to purchase is already sold. however, I click back on the store button and check the used items and they are still there and have not been sold.

...Not sure if this occurence has happened to anyone else.
