I think it might just be an error with the accountant. I got my upgrade just now and received the right amount of credits but on his page is says 700. |

I agree, I have purchased 2 upgrades in the past couple of days and according to my accountant I received 100,000 for one and 280 for the other. I did receive the correct amount of credits both times.
