Are you selecting the right day to check results for? It will only show the average placing chart if you had no horses entered to compete on the day you're looking at.

Yes selected the correct day. I had 1 horse in member show last night. It shows the average chart results for last night but not the show results themselves.
The regular shows display correctly.
