I made a third account & using fancy text in the Stable Name was a big mistake. This really messed up the Stable Name.
I can't login with the intended name: αℓεcтσ εqυεsтяιαη
I can't remake the account (max reached) & at that time HEE says the name is αℓεc -- but when I try that version it also doesn't work.
I tried resetting the password and it says αℓє¢
 is the account name... but it also doesn't work.
Really hoping I don't have to wait 3 months for the account to drop-off and auto-delete... but I'm not sure there's any other option.
I know now: never use fancy text in Stable Name.

You can change your stable name under 'My Account'. |

Free accounts delete after 180 days, not 3 months. You need to contact Cadence Farms to have this issue resolved. |

This is why it says "Please don't use special characters or apostrophes in your Stable Name" on the signup page. |

I learned the hard way that fancy text is special characters... Cadence Farms is working to resolve it. Thank you everyone for your suggestions and support. Valuable lesson learned! |

I once made the mistake of having my stable name be Gem's Jewels. Yes, with an apostrophe. For a month, I would log onto my other account, then highlight and copy Gem's Jewels from my stable page to my 'clipboard', then paste it in the name area after I logged off of my other account. This worked for me and would most likely work for you <3 |
