I captured two horses using free capture tokens but it still took money out of my account, which I was planning to use for auction horses. How do I get that money back since the auction ends in two hours? |

Can you post a screenshot from your accountant and your capturing page please? Do you still have the free capture tokens? |

Capture items work one at a time. So, even you have free capture pass on the dropdown, you own five of the passes, and you capture five horses, only one of the tokens will be used and you will pay for the other four horses. Perhaps this is your issue? - Edit--Well, I reread your post and realize that you must have captured them individually. Apoligies, I don't know the answer to the problem. |

Just going to post again...it happened once again. If someone could explain to me how to post a picture to show what's going on, I would. But I'd really like to either get my ebs back or my capture tokens. |

In order to to post images, you need to give the image a web address and post the link. You can use instagram, imgur, and other websites to post the picture and then copy paste the link in a post. |

Are you capturing using a pass that says "capture a horse for free" or "capture a horse with x color"? If it's one for color it just guarantees that, doesn't also give you the horse for free. |
