Asfa, unless the idea seems to be really similar, like same horse recolour, atmosphere, theme, and so on, I really don't see anyone being upset about it (or even having the right to be upset, in my honest opinion). Free stock is free stock. I even find horse stock from others' art and go "Oooo I want to use that in the future!"

Yeah, same except I mostly use Adobe… I guess it might be a bit awkward if you’ve used the same horse and background together but (personally) I don’t see a problem with that. Unless someone has bought sole rights to an image (unlikely and not an option through Adobe!) they’ve no recourse

I basically only ever pull stock from Colourize-Stock and DancesWithPonies, so I'm convinced all of my horse stock has been used before xD but I get what you mean, it does make it a little awkward when they're directly next to each other in the forum

If it were me, I’d still post it - such is the way of stock images that you’re bound to get people using the same combos! If you’re worried you could add in when you started the piece into the description for your auction

I noticed a couple weeks ago when I was trying to reroll her it seemed she was stuck on the same blanket. I tried again this week while trying to find the flaxen liver and I got the same blanket she was originally on every time. I will post the links of the screenshots when I get home.

Yeah, even back before the varnish fix I noticed it would cycle through like 5 variants of the same blanket before switching. Only the socks and face markings or pangere etc would change each time.

I used about 50 rerolls on 1 girl with P2 gene, and it would switch back and forth between Varnish and Blanket. No Snowflake or Frost.

So I've done the rerolls again on the same horse and I managed to get a different blanket after a couple, but then was stuck on that blanket.

This happened to me when I was rerolling her as a filly

Spent at least 6 or 7 rerolls trying to get her to a buttermilk snowcap (she was born dunskin snowcap) and after the 1st reroll I just kept getting the same fewspot pattern with different marking variants. Very annoying and used up all my rerolls.

Not entirely sure if it's a bug but, when we got the 25 rerolls this month, a mare of mine would only reroll to the same exact pattern until I went to another and came back to her. It happened a few times since. Probably loss 15 rerolls like that.

This seems to be a little better - I can now roll a blanket back into a snowflake, which I've never been able to do before. Haven't tried enough yet to see if I can get to frost. But it does seem like I'm then stuck on snowflake for a little bit before it will change to another patn-2 option.
