I'm also only able to see 1 and 2 year olds. Took me a while to figure out exactly why not all my horses were showing up, but turns out, this is what is happening.

SS's of all the horses in the barn, and the ones showing available for private sale. All horses in the private sale screenshot are 1&2 year olds.

I put a bunch up for private sale the other day and it only showed unbred horses. I had to do everything that had been bred by hand.
