So this has happened to me on this account 3 times and once on my SA. I receive a game mail notification that I am featured as an artist on the news page and when I Iook I'm not featured. Yes, I've checked the date.
For example today, May 20th, I received game mail but am not featured as shown in the screenshots.

I am an hour ahead of game time.
