| HEE is great for stress. Usually I use it as a side tab while I'm doing a lot of work and it helps tremendously |

| Thank you kia and howl, I hope so to. I thought about it if I can't eat anything or hold anything tomorrow. I'll probably head to the hospital after work. Or Friday if I can make it that long. Luckily at least I can play HEE. It dose help lower my stress levels a lot. |

| sunni -- that is so rough, i'm so sorry. broth is definitely a good start. the tips about nutrient-dense drinks are very helpful--you could also make a shake with lots of fruit, maybe protein powder, lots of nut butter, etc. just nutrient-dense foods you can get down without chewing. |

| Min thank you, am gonna try and make a shake, see if they got any hospital recipes to try out. I might be taking them to work until I am better. |

| Al thank you, I didn't even go into work today. It could be extreme stress to tho. We got yelled at Mom stop I yelled at my boss XC But he was screaming at two people over 60 who don't speak English. He basically called all of us idiots. Understand I also don't speak their language. Then the walls that we didn't touch where magical cleaned. |
