| stick your tongue to the roof of your mouth, it helps for naseua apparently. heating pads, salty chips and dark chocolate helps |

| Heat of some sort (hot water bottle or heat pad or even a sock with rice in it in the microwave) is one of the best things for me if pain relievers aren't working. |

| Guys.. I need some help I’m having really bad pain in my stomach, it’s period cramps and it’s been none stop pain for 3 days straight. I’m nauseous, headaches, insane pain in my abdomen. Any advice? |
