I reserve ALL braging rights to this horse and refuse to shut up talking about her before i explode with excitment X3 Everyone!! Meet Brie (like the cheese), My new 2 year old OTTB filly!! She will be arriving at my barn Sunday from my shipper! In no way am i not excited. Shes a 16.2 (And more to come) 2 year old tb filly! Shes going to be let down during winter with light restarting in the 2nd month with long lineing, and will be my next eventing/all around prospect. Any tack color ideas?? was thinking an orange, but send me your ideas! Any tips that are a wonder of the OTTB world are amazing for restarting an much appreciated. This is my first time offically restarting one with my trainers help, but dont you sweat, its not my first rodeo all around! Ive owned OTTBs my whole life (them stupid bastards have a hold on my heart for having many talents). Not to mention this girl passed her PPE with flying green flags, vet is in LOVE with this horse. oml so pretty!!! I've always loved hunter green, it complements chestnuts so well, as does any shade of blue ;D I just got a 13 y/o chestnut QH gelding(he was gonna be put down the day we picked him up because the owner didn't want him >>;), he looks great in every color, even pick fluffy saddle pads xD I think you can't go wrong in any color on a chestnut, except maybe red lol. But white always looks classy on any color(except tryna keep it clean), so maybe one pad of ever color ;3 Anyway congrats on the filly!! The picture doesn't do her height justice tho lmao |

Omg congrats! Brie is one gorgeous filly! I think she'd look stunning in orange or a cream color. I've always thought chestnuts look fabulous in soft warm colors. :) |

I have seen some intensely cool looking xc tack sets on chestnuts. My favorite is the navy and white tack set my trainer has. It's awesome. And gorgeous filly :D |
