| My family thinks that exercise is the solution to all my chronic conditions and mental health issues. I will go to the ER due to severe abdominal cramping and they will be like, but did you try going for a run? XD |

| Jen, I'm so sorry to hear that. There's definitely no shame ever ever in doing what you need to do in order to be the best possible version of yourself. I have severe anxiety because my body just doesn't produce magnesium, so I have to take a LOT of it to level things out. It's the equivalent of a diabetic taking insulin- if your body isn't doing what it needs to do, we live in an era where we can and should help it out |

| I lost my husband about 5 yrs ago and have been on those meds ever since. I was in a car accident in November of last year and have been on anxiety meds ever sense then |

| I also take antidepressants and anxiety medication. I get flack for that as well. But not from my partner |

| @bird, I dont take them all the time, and my partner doesn't like it when I take them, but every so often, maybe once or twice a month I take one to get a good nights sleep |
