Morningstar Training-Appendix Broodmares Available Year 196 How I will process reservations: - Message me with what mare you would like to reserve.
- I will message you back with terms and conditions as to what I expect from you as a buyer (which will also be noted at this end of this post so you know what is expected).
- If the mare you are interested in is already reserved, you can choose to be put on a waiting list. If the person in front of you does not breed the mare within the allotted time (24 hours after being available for private breeding to the reserved stable), the mare will be available to the next person.
- All 3 of the mares must be bred before the 9th of November, or else they will be taken off the market to ensure the foals are not put behind in training.

BUYER TERMS AND CONDITIONS - As the buyer, you will have 24 hours to breed the mare once available to you. If you cannot breed within the 24-hour time- We can discuss that further.
- The mares will automatically not be available to any stud less than the requirement. Who you choose is up to you, but make sure you pay close attention to the match to get the best results.
- I will not ask you to free foals if they are not bred to a certain rating. Whether you keep the foal is completely up to you.
- WAITING LIST:
- The mares will automatically be available to the next person if you do not breed within the 24 hours time period, If we have not made other arrangements. You will most likely not be told when the mare is not available to you anymore. You will, however, be told where you are in the lineup.
- If you are put on the waiting list, and it's your turn, you will have 24 hours to message me back if you are still interested and then you will have 24 hours to breed AFTER you respond and the mare is available to you so you get the best chance to being able to breed her. That's 48 hours available to you.
- 1k will be deducted from the price for every person she is passed to. I do not like tire kickers- please do not waste my time.
- EXAMPLE: If the price of the mare is 10k and you are 1st on the waiting list and it is your turn- the mare will be available to you for 9k. 2nd on the list, the mare will be available to you for 8k (-2k on original price), etc. It is a good way to encourage people to use my horses! A good deal for being put on the waiting list so don't let the waiting list discourage you!
