I don't know how the hell to stop procrastinating. At the end of the day, I'm so disappointed in myself, and I hate feeling that way. I've done nothing I needed to get done (homework), but I also didn't do anything I wanted to do (art/hobbies). I have a final exam tomorrow (chemistry lab exam), and I STILL can't bring myself to start studying. Usually, the stress kicks in but I'm so burnt out I have no emotions left lol. I have social media apps blocked on my phone, but I keep deleting the limit or opening them on my laptop. I can't delete the app entirely since I text so many of my friends/classmates using Instagram. I also can't work when I have something later in the day, in this case, I have volleyball in 40 minutes, so I've kinda been passing the hours just trying to get to that time. Any advice for how to get through this final week of uni?

I like to make a list, and break things down into small parts, so that you can check off a lot of stuff really quickly and feel productive. Also, once you put things down on paper and see the list of everything you had to do, it feels less overwhelming than having a million things all in your head. Hang in there, winter break is almost here! Hopefully you can rest then.

Thank you! I have a general list (like "study for exam" or "write essay"), but I really like the idea of the smaller broken-down list! I'll try to write that out tonight and hopefully get stuff done.
