I just wanted to say that I'm proud of you for staying strong for this long. I know it's not easy. I know how heavy things feel. Please know though that you don't have to carry everything by yourself. It's okay to talk to other people even if they have their own problems becuase that's what families and friends do. They help each other and support each other. It's not a matter of who has the bigger/worse problems. It's about care and love.

I fully understand wanting to control everyhting but you reach a point where it's just too much. As cliché as it sounds, don't forget to take a step back and breathe. Put down the heavy things for even just a few moments and breathe. Yes things get overwhelming and yes sometimes it feels like you're crying out for help in your mind but you're not alone love. You have a family who loves you and you're taking care of each other. And you have an entire community here on HEE that supports you.
