I'm not doing too hot, I had really pain/sickness since Thursday. Couldn't keep food down and liquids were also a struggle. I had really bad stomach pain but thought I turned a corner Monday night but it got really bad during the night and day and then went urgent care, the guy there just called ER and I am now here. I had a twisted colon >> I'm only 16 x.x

Thanks guys! doing slightly better today but still hurting >> I am allowed to drink a smoothie now so thats good! little steps in the right direction!

Quick note while I'm on the feel good side of medicine:

Surgery went as well as it could go! They ended up removing 1/3 of my colon, it had ended up blocking my kidney and so then it started backing up into lungs/airways which explained why it hurt/I couldn't breathe! They surgically fixed that ASAP, and so now I'm on the recovering end, and will hopefully get discharged this weekend or early next week! Then it's about 2 weeks home school then hopefully back to in person learning! Also a lot of people/friends have come by and that has been really encouraging!

To all in nursing/ER/hospital stuff, thank you for everything you do for us when we need it! You guys are really special, and I just wanted to just say that I really appreciate you guys do!

I have more good news!
I get to go home tomorrow sometime, which is really good and I can now eat 'any' foods as long as I'm slow and careful, and watch how my stomache feels! It snowed today which is very unusual for Redding CA, but it felt like a personal miricle since I'm in love with the snow!
