So we moved houses about a week ago, I've been struggling to fall asleep lately, I've been so anxious, sometimes even have to keep my head over a garbage can for long periods of time until I don't feel sick anymore. Right now It's about 11:30 and I can't stop shaking, I first got in bed at 8:00, I feel like if I told my parents, they'd try to help me but I would still feel really anxious, I'm not the type that just stops when someone puts their hand on my shoulder, I just don't know what to do and I'm starting school this monday, my life will be a wreck if I can't just relax before bed.

Hey love <3 I'm really sorry that you're dealing with this right now, that sounds absolutely awful. I know how hard it can be to stop your brain, especially late at night. Something that helped me when I was younger though was finding like sleep music videos on YouTube. Or even meditation/study music. Hear me out though haha. Yes the music itself is nice but often, on those types of videos, lots and lots of kind people leave incredibly encouraging messages in the comments. And while they may just be strangers on the internet (as I am to you haha), I found that they helped ground me and helped me to breathe just a little easier. And I could read them to help calm my mind before falling asleep.
