I don't reallly know but,life has just felt,dull.I feel like life is just getting boring and wasteful.I feel awful when I realize how lazy I am and my anxiety just borders me like a wall. Im starting to feel not worthy and my deppresion creeping in.No matter who I talk to,I feel the same.It kinda feels like,just a blank canvas.Nothing special,nothin new,nothing exciting.My family is asking what I want for christmas but I feel like im not good enough for christmas presents at this point. Im starting to feel down and just want to leave sometimes if you what I mean. |

I`m sorry to hear that you`re feeling this way. I`ve been feeling similarily, so I know how rough it is. As someone that has been procrastinating far too much and having guilt build up over time, my piece of advice is to never forget that you`re human. We all have our moments where we do not feel motivated or feel like we`re useless. Besides, this is all temporary; I`m sure you`ll start feeling better soon. From my experience, the winter season is when I struggle the most with stuff like this. No matter what you do or who you are, you are worthy of being given gifts and treated with care and love. It feels like your in a low spot right now. We all have low spots at times and thats ok. Its ok to feel this way but what you'll need to do is start small. Reward yourself for the things you find difficult. And when I say small, one thing a day is enough to change you and get yourself out of this pit. Even if you start with getting out of bed, you've already succeeded. |

Low is horrid. Set yourself one goal. Not big, achievable. Do the goal. That does help. E.g. read a new book - if you have not yet read 'Where the crawdads sing', start there the best book written in 20 years. No one I know has not loved it. Good luck, we care. |

Your mind is your worst enemy! I know some days it can be hard but the others have great advice. Start small. Even if it's not "productive ". Find something you enjoy doing. Reading a book, working out, going to church and finding a church family, cooking. Whatever it may be.
Not sure if you are a believer but praying helps me! The Bible tells us he knows the number of hairs on our head. Pretty crazy! When you feel like no one else cares or loves you, he does! |
