Wild. I'm not sure I've ever seen nor heard of anyone advocating for coyotes here. They've crossbred with domestic dogs and those packs get larger and larger. Livestock is a big problem here too, you aren't required to have tags or for them to be "in season" here.

We had a couple dens of them on a TB farm I worked for, but they didn't mess with the babies or mommas so we just let them be.

They are pests, and they kill a lot of livestock and true native animals.
But there is also huge support from those who classify them as natives.

They were brought here by humans. They did not evolve here naturally and have contributed to extinction of our native predators. But yeah, they are classified by the Gov as pests(wild Dogs).

Do you all consider Dingoes pests like we consider Coyotes? Like there's no limit on them?

I can only think of 2 venomous snakes near me that are native, which are our biggest concern. We have bobcats and the like but super uncommon, at least in my area, to see any.
Glacier Bay Cove

I would not handle a venomous snake/animal, not for all the money on earth
Ironhorse

They can, in places where there is not much food or if they are crossed with domestic dogs and are more aggressive.
I actually really dislike them and believe they do not belong here at all.

Today I have found out I have Psoas Para tendinitis (tendinitis in my hip flexor) and also hip impingement and capsule irritation... In layman's terms my hip is fucked.
I'm really upset about this as I'm an athlete (rower) and my whole life is consumed and focused on sport performance, so this is a massive setback - and naturally I think why me?! But I'm trying to remain positive, but I can't do anything, I can't row, cycle, run or even walk for long. And for me working out is a total escape so I'm really upset.
And to add insult to injury, all diagnostics and treatments are abhorrently expensive! Either surgery or steroid injections along with multiple MRIs, which is all mounting up to be quite a hefty bill, I do live in the UK, but this isn't covered by the NHS and my private insurance doesn't cover this either. So overall not my best day lol :')

TLDR:
I am hurt lol and I can't do what I enjoy and it costs me a lot too!

I feel so bad for you- but this was God's plan. He's doing this to open a new door in your life. We all have setbacks, yes, but some benefit us in the long run. Our minds cannot comprehend that something horrible can turn into something amazing in the future. Who knows, maybe you can study stuff like this and make a difference to help other people that have this problem. God knows what he's doing- ups and downs only make us stronger. don't lose sight of what really matters, and stay positive. God loves you, and if you ever need someone to talk to, I'm here. I'm an athlete, too, and understand where you're coming from. You got this. 💜

As someone who plays sport i understand the feeling that comes when you realised you can't do something you love.

Hate to bring this back up but I now have a rib stress fracture... I am in my 20s why is my body 1000 years old 🥲 Moral of the story don't do extremely intensive sports for years on end if you are injury prone! It never gets any better :p

As a Cox myself, i know the pain of watching my mates slowly crumble from fractures and strains and bursitis and the like. Hopefully things get better, but I know what sort of things rowing does to the body lol.

Last year my three seat was injured for almost an entire season because of a combination of bursitis in her shoulder, knee and back issues, and troubles breathing. To my utter horror she still raced in most of our regattas lol. Don't be like her, and take it easy and take lots of rest!! (that is if you're still rowing anyways lol)

And i sympathyse and hope your ribs get better soon :(

I realize this thread is older but I get it.
I stress fractured my right tibia 7 months ago running, which I've done for years. I was always really active, running or riding/working horses for hours every day. I have never been an injury prone person. I went down late March, and was told "shin splints" for the next month. Basically I ran to the point I couldn't physically walk. My PA said 4 weeks then I should be about back to normal. I did upper body and horses. Leg didn't improve that great but a bit, and I tore something in my rotator cuff. 8 weeks after my apptmt, I fractured my other leg. And my horse about or maybe broke my toe. About a month ago during leg rehab, I messed up several tendons in the back of my knee. Not really sure how. Finally in PT and doing a bit better, but I strained something in my hip joint.
It is so sickening, literally. I've had way too many colds, tired days, and just stress. Plus my digestive system is shit with LPR&IBS, and the inactivity worsens it. It's hard to not be able to think straight or hang out with friends because you are in pain. Or people ask you what you do and you have to say that you are just trying to recover from injury. I am only in my later teens and I feel as though I'm crumbling apart. The mental & physical effects just suck.
My point is I totally get it, it's so weird and stressful. Just when you think they might stop, the dominos just keep falling. I really hope you find relief soon <3
