Ugh. Been trying to get more jeans, was going to get a new pair for shows and such to be dressier, and then also get a few cute casual pairs for when I'm out. I also live in TX so it gets hella hot so obviously I want some Jean shorts as well. I was up in the city for a few days so I stopped by one of the nicer malls. I swung by American Eagle first. Cute jeans sure but the fit was just not it. I'm muscled, and live a very active life. so my thighs are larger. Well it throws off the jeans as a whole. I wear size 6 and they look funny on the thighs but size up and they fit badly.
I then go to Levi's since it's been around for forever. The jeans were definitely more comfortable but still tight on the thighs. And then I tried a few shorts there, they are fit by hip size, the size that should fit could barely get over my thighs, sized up and then it went over thighs fine, was too big on the hip 🤦🏼♀️ The place I usually get my cuter jeans from, called Risen, doesn't actually run their own store, they act as a vendor to other stores, so the place I was buying them through kept upping the prices and I'm not looking to dump that much on jeans. Found them cheaper at another place but they weren't my style really. So I'm kind of legging bound. I'm just REALLY sick and tired of clothing not fitting 🤦🏼♀️ |

Try women's Cinch Lyndens, Kimes Lola or even men's cinch jeans. I'm no longer a size 6 but when I was those were my favorite jeans. Always comfortable. |

not to long ago i was jean shopping as well. i have the same problem and i found 2-3 pairs of jeans after 3 whole hours of trying them on after trying on other clothing. my two favorite pairs of jeans are both NYDJ jeans and fit nicely. you might could try that company some day. |

i pesonaly like the kimes lolas there a bit pricey but there worth it there nice to work in and or ride horses in |

I have that same problem some time as well! but i found wrangler jeans are good and this one pair of jeans that fit me so well and i had them for years and they were really nice especially to ride horses in i just cant think the name but i will PM you the name when i get home but they fit really well even with me having a smaller waist then my hips and thighs being bigger but i also do suggest maurices for jeans! I have that same problem with them not fitting my thighs right but my ones from maurices are kinda stretchy and fit really nice |

Not the only one with jean problems 😭 im tall and skinny, so or the jeans are too short or they are too big at my life. So ill spend days in shops lol |

as a fellow muscle-thighed girl, I get your stuggles😭 These are the only jeans I've found that fit well and look good on me ^^; They're kind of expensive, so a new pair of jeans is my only clothing splurge, but they're so worth it. They don't use that newer 2/4/6/8 etc size that's inconsistent across brands and makes no sense, instead they do the waist+inseam. - My pants requirements were as follows: 26inch waist, 34inch inseam, and I think 32 inch hips? bootcut, and midrise. Oh and their website tells you the model's height, weight, and hips so you can find one similar to you :D |

OMG i feel you girl, Try a few Pair of Wrangler jeans on, the ones i have fit me perfectly and were made for riding. Some of them are strecthy in the thighs and hips for a better fit. Or a pair of Ariat or wrangler mens jeans for extra room in the thighs. |

I hate how expensive jeans are - and how quickly I go through them working with horses. There's nothing worse than getting a hole in $100 jeans or staining them with Thrush Buster. I buy from thrift stores. I can get ten for the price of one (more if you have discounts) and I never feel bad about when they get 'ruined'. The ones that I've found/bought look new or barely worn. Some even have tags on them. I also like that there's a variety and not just one brand - Lucky, Sevens, Levi's I like the stretch, feel, and look of Old Navy jeans. They are fairly decent about curvy fit too. This reminds me of when I went bathing suit shopping several years ago with my grandmother. We literally went to 12 stores and couldn't find anything that looked good and fit well. It was either super cute and super tiny or decently sized and not my style. Loved spending the day with my Gram, but it was so disheartening. (and the prices for the skimpiest amount of fabric! x.x ) |
