Update: I made a claim for refund, it will take up to 14 days for them to do all the legal shit they gonna do now but at least I have someone doing the fight for me. Soooo, with proof and all, stay away from Huion Europe, they are owned by Factor52 who clearly gives 0 shits about their customers.
