Okay a little backstory I do DoorDash full time. I make good money. However Tuesday all hell broke loose. I'm a top dasher but since Tuesday I haven't gotten any orders. Customer Support has been nothing but un-helpful, telling me things I all ready know to try to reset the app and get orders again. I've done everything they've said about 30 times in the past two days. Today I finally got someone in Critical Support, bitched at them, told them this is my main job and if I don't start getting orders I won't be able to gas up the car, buy food for me and my roommate or pets, o pay my bills. They all ready put me in a breech of contract with a bill pay I have going. I lost around 150 200 all ready from this idiocy. I'm freaking pissed off. |

Is there just no orders in the area or something wrong with them getting the orders to you? |

Something wrong with them getting orders to me. Good news is my Uber Eats application was accepted so now I can work for them too. Hopefully, I'll be able to get my bills caught up by Christmas |

That's so frustrating. Especially when the company isn't helpful. I hope you can get this figured out and if not I hope Uber Eats can help. |

Well DoorDash is back to normal now. So I'll do both lol. But I hated not working for a few days. |
