Okay a little backstory I do DoorDash full time. I make good money. However Tuesday all hell broke loose. I'm a top dasher but since Tuesday I haven't gotten any orders. Customer Support has been nothing but un-helpful, telling me things I all ready know to try to reset the app and get orders again. I've done everything they've said about 30 times in the past two days. Today I finally got someone in Critical Support, bitched at them, told them this is my main job and if I don't start getting orders I won't be able to gas up the car, buy food for me and my roommate or pets, o pay my bills. They all ready put me in a breech of contract with a bill pay I have going. I lost around 150 200 all ready from this idiocy. I'm freaking pissed off.

Is there just no orders in the area or something wrong with them getting the orders to you?

Something wrong with them getting orders to me. Good news is my Uber Eats application was accepted so now I can work for them too. Hopefully, I'll be able to get my bills caught up by Christmas

That's so frustrating. Especially when the company isn't helpful. I hope you can get this figured out and if not I hope Uber Eats can help.

Well DoorDash is back to normal now. So I'll do both lol. But I hated not working for a few days.
