What's the best way to find good deals on stallions/straws? Right now I peruse the search stallion feature and look through straws in the store. I'm just getting started again after like a 7-8 year break from the game (when PPP was the best you could get) and a lot has changed. I don't have the best mares in the world and don't want to spend too much on breeding yet but I am trying to find the highest rated stallions I can for the cheapest - they don't have to be leaderboard or anything. Just making sure I'm not missing one of the better ways to find good deals! I am trying to stay loyal to X but I have a couple TBs and breed my X mares to TBs just to help open my options up. |

I also breed X! For an PPE or PEE combo mare I go to the horse search and look for EWW combo stallions sorted by lowest price. If you don't care about LB you can find some stallions for as low as 100. . Here are some X stallions I've had good luck with personally (mostly EEW but I'm limited by avoiding sabino genes): . Most of the mares I have are EEE, I have one PEE and one PWE, but I'm trying really hard to get WWW stallions for my EEE mares at least. Once the PWE is old enough to breed I'm going to really try to match her with a WEE at least but I'm afraid I'm going to have a tough time finding a stallion that has its rating minimums to allow a P. I don't care about color at all - mostly just want to focus on ratings for now. |

I bought a handful of straws to this guy as I happened to stumble upon him in straw sales and he is the best rated, cheapest stud to breed to with no minimum rating. I bought a couple extras too just in case I couldn't find a deal this good again. I wish there was a better way to search through straw sales, I feel like I miss a lot just scrolling through the pile of them in the store. |

The way I do it is to open the specific breed LB and (if lower rated mares) start at about #20 and go down until you find a stallion whos requirements fit what youre needing |
