so this girl was all up week 4 (very proud) but should I expect her to go up atleast one week 5? Or should I be super proud of the week 4 and no change 5?

No, even WWWs still take 3-4 weeks for training cycles. So you shouldn't be looking for more bars until wk7. Her training looks great!

You won't see anything until wk 7 - she will go up in anything she is strong in. Wk 8 should be a copy of wk 4. Wk 10, you might see her go up a few if she is super strong. Wk 11 should be a copy of wk7 or better. Wk 12 should be a copy of wk4/8.
