Hello everyone! I've played this game for years now, but had a brief intermission the last few years due to life being busy. With that said, I'm back, and have a wonderful WWW Colt with good training (so far!) and not a clue what to do with him!
I would love everyone's advice on: - Suggestions for testing a freshman stud (especially when I'm limited with the mares I have in my barn)
- Setting breeding requirements for a WWW stud
- Setting price for a WWW stud
And any other tips/suggestions. Thank you! Stud in question: https://horseeden.com/horse.php?id=43922869

Hi! Your boy's week 4 was good! I'd see what his week 7 ends up being on Monday and then I'd advertise him for testing. He is unfortunately a pretty common color so for testing I would advertise free straws to try to generate some interest. If he has 3+ up on week 7 I would do 10 straws to WWE+ mares, and if he's up 3+ definitely put that in the title, usually people go "3^wk4" if that's the case. If he has 0-2 up on Monday I would do 10 straws to WEE+ mares. If you need WEE mares to test on, I have a lot of WEE broods every year. I usually charge 15k but if you're going to brood out a few I would do 10k a mare, just PM me with horse numbers if you're interested and I'll reserve them for you! I would make him free for testing to EEE+ mares. Yes he's WWW but he's by a WWE combo stud and a single W mare so he's not necessarily super desirable when there's already so many studs on the market with better lineage. I don't see him being a serious TBLB contender right now. His week 7 will definitely show more of what he might be.

As others have said his week 7 will determine his current stud worth :) I would definitely put up a thread with free straws to WEE+ mares if he is at least 2 up week 7 and you want him to be used!

I second what others have said about offering free straws and using week 7 to determine the breeding requirements. But I also think you should consider gene testing him. Most likely theres nothing exciting, but if he's not EE AA, it might be a plus for some people. He also has a small chance of hiding prl, and if he has that, it would make him more exciting.
