Lisa nods and then lead against the house and waited for her mom came around and said " thanks you for not help" brother rolls his eyes and said " sorry " mom looks at lisa and sage then said " you two need to be together you guys look good together"

Sage blinked slowly and then snorted out a laugh. "Right. Because you know me so well. I could literally just be some manipulative dude, you have no idea."

Mom laughs and said " well I think you are a kind dude who takes care of my daughter and helps her out when ever she needs it and when I say you guys go together you guys together"

He could feel a slight blush creeping up his face and he nodded slowly. "Right. Well, I'm sure that's not what you came here to tell about." He wondered what Lisa thought of this whole conversation.

Mom nods and said " I can here to say sorry to you sage and lisa I am sorry for being mean to you I didn't know that your dad was the same" lisa thinks about what she said earlier and slightly felt a little bit scared about that if they do get into a relationship

Sage shrugged. "It's fine. I've gotten used to people being rude. And besides, you weren't really rude." He thought for a second. "And don't worry about her dad. He was manipulative, and smart. Not your fault you didn't know what was coming."

lisa smiles and said " is not your fault mom even through your my step mom you are like my own mom" mom smiles and then said " can you two boys leave me and my daughter alone for couple minutes?"

Sage nodded and gestured to her brother to come inside the house. "Let's leave them be. Come on in."

brother nods and walks into the house and said " yeah i agree" mom smiles and watches them go then said " i bet your brother said i was moving but i was wondering would you like to go with me and get a better job then the job you got now"

Sage plopped down on the couch with a grunt and motioned for Lisa's brother to sit down as well. "Are family get togethers always this weird?"
