lisa nods and did what he said and said " okay is this how it should be" lisa was glad that she was doing this because if her father did something again she could stand up to him

He nodded. "You're a quick learner." He walked back in front of her. " Ok time to do this in action. Youre going to punch me, and I'm going to block you so you can see what it looks like in real life." He grinned. "And no slow punch. Don't worry about hurting me. You won't."

lisa said " what if i am to fast and i do hurt you " lisa sighed and put one of her hands into a fest and said " i do hope i don't hurt you "

He snorted. "I've been doing this my entire life. I'll be fine."

lisa sighed and said " fine but don't say i didn't warn you" she took a ponch at him

He shrugged and blocked her easily. "See how that worked?" Then he grinned. "I told you ya wouldn't hurt me."

lisa laughs and said " yeah yeah yeah you win i guess" lisa rolls her eyes and shakes her head

He gave her a toothy grin and chuckled. "Ok, your turn. I'm going to throw a punch, but a slow one, and if you block it we can speed it up a bit."

lisa said " okay try me " she gets ready to block his pouches lisa was having fun and ready for every steps

He grinned and threw a punch. It was slow but not too slow, many people punched this slow on the streets. He figured she could block it, but he kept in mind to stop his arm before it hit her if she did happen to not block him. He wasn't worried about that though.
