Caleb nodded at lily's question. He sta cooking the venison for a while. He'd need to go hunting for more tomorrow. Once it was cooked he brought lily and Isabelle there food and went outside to eat his. He stayed near the camp fire for a while

Lily smiled and nodded to him "Thank you, this looks delightful!" She said before eating, she lookd at Isabelle "This is quite tasty isn't it?" She asked, she looked at the door, Caleb was still outside, Lily got up and went to the door "Erm- Caleb? You can come in and eat with us if you want? This IS your cabin after all.. So don't be nervous" She said quietly

caleb half looked at her. "i always stay outside to eat." he said. he put a few more logs on the fire and sat out there

Lily nodded "Oh, okay, sorry" She said with a smile walking back inside to finish

Caleb continued to watch the stars. " you guys can join me if you like" he offered and turned his attention to whiskey

As Lily went to sit down she faintly heard the kind man's offer, she looked at Isabelle, a smile popping on her face once again she grabbed her plate and walked outside, she sat on the log across from Caleb and enjoyed the fire while she ate, she saw Caleb looking at the stars and wondered why, so she also glanced up, seeing the beautiful stars painted across the sky like small diamonds was a wonderful sight to behold. Even she didn't look back down

Caleb noticed this "you want to know something about stars?" Caleb asked. He looked at lily then at the stars "once someone you know does their soul becomes a star and they paint the night sky always looking down at you. And the brightest stars and those you cherished most" Caleb said. He thought back to his friend that died. He had sworn to never go on the run again but now by inviting the princess to stay he invited trouble back

Lily glanced back at Caleb when he spoke, nodding subtly at his question, as he explained why the stars were up there, she looked up. Her mind going into complete awe, the next time she looked back at Caleb, her expression went soft "Wow... That's incredible, have you... Lost someone who became a star?" She asked quietly, looking back up, forgetting about her food

Isabelle is slightly more hesitent to snack on the venison, and eye's caleb carfully, distrust creeping in the edges of her green irises. Shaking her head slightly she follows the princess and caleb outside, standing behind her with her hand resting on her hilt as the two converse, studying the stars as caleb speaks, I wonder if he's a star. She shakes her head quickly again after the sudden thought, determined not to go back down that rabbit hole, after just climbing out of it. She pulls her hood back on over her head, and carfully watches the treeline, and hears the faint rustle of bushes, and crunching of leaves, her hand tightens around the hilt of her sword as her expression hardens.

Caleb looked at lily. "yea.. Two. Two ill never forget." He kept watching the stars but noticed how Isabelle was clutching her sword. "you know animals live around here. They do make noise" he said not bothering to look at isabelle
