Sage had barely heard Chloe, but he did stir slightly at the sound of her voice. Of course, he soon settled down again, still sort of groggy.

Chloe and ghost where heading down in the elevator when it got stuck. They were stranded. Chloe sat on the floor tired

Sage sort of just drifted in and out of sleep for a while. It wasn't like there was anything else to do, and everything hurt like crazy

When they got back to the base Chloe went to see rebel. She patted the dog and went to her room.

Eventually sage really couldn't sleep anymore so he sort of just lay there trying to just keep breathing and ignore the pain. He just stared at the ceiling.

Chloe laid there. She had a flash back as she laid in her bed. She was riding her horse with someone. The boy from the hospital. She had several of these over the next few days. After a couple of weeks she knew who sage was again

Sage had wound up still being in the hospital for those few weeks. He'd healed up a bit, but was still hurting and had to move around with a sort of crutch due to a limp still affecting him.

Chloe looked at ghost "we gotta go visit sage" she said grabbing a halter and getting ghost. "The hospital already knows I'm bringing him" she said at confused ghost. They driver to the hospital and Chloe lead ghost in and up to sages room.

Sage had collapsed back into his bed after a short trip to just the bathroom, and sort of just went back to staring out the window. He wasn't really looking at anything or registering much, but it was something other than the wall he supposed
