"Well that is a rule for us to ask her to also get her approval for us to become mates" He spoke as he stood there thinking a bit before he raised his head watching her go off and talk with Lilac as he slowly made his way over to listen to their conversation. He smiled softly hearing they had permission from their Alpha made of them being mates. "We will ask when we feel it's the right time but right now it's not se we are just fine with being how we are"

Arion beamed and turned back towards Sultan. She nuzzled him softly. "Yay! I-I love you Sultan." Arion said. She blushed and looked away for a second before turning her gaze back to the stallion's eyes.

The next day

Lilac wondered if Tigress and Wildfire would be back today. The herd didnt go to far, she wanted to make sure they could find them easily. She looked over the herd, which were grazing. Lilac trotted up to Brook and whinnied. She had introduced the herd to him, "You doing okay? This must be a major change for you.". Brook nodded and replied, "Its a really big change, I'm fine though. Um...are your freinds coming back today?". Lilac was unsure what to say, "T-they might, im not sure yet..." she trailed off.

The next day Sultan was making his way to the stream that was close so he could get a drink but while he was walking he looked around watching everyone as his black tail just swished side to side swattign at the flies.

Arion walked to the stream and got a drink. She raised her head and looked around before trotting up to Sultan. "Morning!" The black mare nuzzled him.

Wildfire blinked his eyes open. At first, he was confused. Where was everyone, it was silent. Then it hit him. They were gone. He heard soft breaths and looked beside him. Tigress was sleepy calmly, her chestnut coat rising and falling rhythmically with every breath. He looked at her leg. The cut had healed a bit farther, it was only from her knee to about halfway up her upper leg but still needed to heal farther. Wildfire stumbled sleepily to his feet and looked around. He went over to the stream to take a drink. After thinking about it for a bit, he figured that Tigress shouldn't move too much yet, so he brought over a couple of soaked moss patches. As he set them down on the ground, which was now covered in little bright green sprouts of grass, her eyes fluttered open, her icy blue eyes brightening as the sleepy gaze faded from her eyes. He smiled and nuzzled her gently, "Mornin'," He whispered softly.

Tigress woke up to Wildfire's gently touch. He smiled down at her.

"Good morning," she stretched and her cut burned, but she didn't even wince. It didn't crack open, so she was glad. "Look, new life is growing back in," she looked at the green springs wxitment in her eyes, "I have never seen anything like this before! It seriously has only been a couple days!" Then she stopped, knowing that wxitment over some random plants was probably weird and disturbing and Wildfire would likely think that she had something mentally wrong with her. She looked down in embarrassment and spotted a small flower growing in between her front hooves. She gasped softly and gently picked it up in her teeth, placing it in Wildfire's mane playfully. "Isn't that cute," she commented, now teasing. Her face fell quickly to seriousness though, suddenly realizing that they were alone, the herd could be miles away by now, and two of their best fighters were gone. Who knows what could happen to them. She drifted off into her thoughts....

Wildfire watched with unease as she moved her leg, fearing it would break open, but seeing it didn't, his whole body relaxed with relief. If it had broken, it would've been longer that the herd was without them, which could mean that... he shook the unnerving thoughts from his head. He chuckled at her comment. It was pretty incredible. He saw her face fall a bit before she saw a flower at her hooves. Wildfire was leaning down to pick it for her, but she got to it before him and placed it in his mane. He smiled and giggled. He nudged her before shaking it from his mane and placing it in hers. "Now that is cute." He said, teasing her back. Then her face fell again, but this time it didn't brighten back up. He sighed. He knew, somehow, exactly what she was thinking. The thoughts he keeps pushing to the back of his mind. The herd was without their only two protecters and they were moving farther. They should be able to move tomorrow, if not, then definitely the day after. But he didn't want to break his word to Lilac that he would be back in a day or two. He glanced at Tigress, her blue eyes fogged over. She was deep in thought. He was fighting that, if he drifted off, he would end up emotional and in a daze, and he didn't want to embaress himself in front of her. He laid back down beside her, and seeing her eyes start to get misty, he nuzzled her so gently it was basically a breath. He didn't want to startle or scare her. As she came back to the present he pushed the moss towards her. She needed to drink something before they had another problem on their hands. "If you feel up to it, it would be good if you got up for a minute to go get a drink. We could stretch and graze in the field for a bit before coming back here at dusk." He said this as gently as he could, not wanting to make her feel as if he were forcing her. Wildfire was sure she could use some sun and excercise.
