Msyt pawed at the ground when she spotted the other horse, tilting her head as she tried to see if she could recognize the scent.

She looked the horse up and down and narrowed her eyes in suspicion.

Tigress was glad that Wildfire had chosen to go after the herd. She wanted them to be safe, now all she ajd to do was stay on high alert for danger, and it wasn't long before she smelt the scent of a sneaky, cold, murderous creature...

"You can rest now" Sultan stood there beside Arion while he was catching his breath he watched her lay down but he soon looked over Farnight and perked his ears up hearing a few herd mates were missing. "Hopefully they are found and safe" He said to Farnight before he looked around then towards the foals to see how they were holding up.

Wildfire was still in suspicion when he smelled something. He recognized the scent. His head jerked towards the burnt, blackened earth near where Tigress was. "I have to go." He didn't wait for Lilac's answer and galloped off to Tigress. He hoped she hadn't been attacked. He'd never forgive himself if she had. He realized that he might be seen as confusing or ignorant right now by Myst and Lilac. He didn't really care. He had found Myst. Lilac knew the two of them were ok. But that stallion. Who was he? Wildfire would have to deal with that later. Right now his entire body's attention was on making it to Tigress before the beast could. He forced his legs to carry him as fast as the could. Please make it, please...

Lilac watched as Wildfire took off, where was he going? Lilac decided to follow him, "Um, Brook let me introcue yu to someone." Lilac turned to Myst as the stallion trotted over. "Myst this is Brook, he helped me find Wildfire and you. Brook this is Myst, she is a part of my herd.". Lilac nodded to both of them.

"I still have to find Tigress, Myst, Brook knows where the herd is so follow him. You can trust him,I smelt Tigress on Wildfire so I'm going to follow him. I want you to to go to the herd, Myst they havebeen worried sick. Tell me what happened when Iget back." Lilac nuzzled Myst and looked at Brook. He nodded. "Goodbye you two, hopefuly I will see you in a bit!". Lilac galloped off, following the scent of Wildfire.

Tigress lept to her feet painfully and she felt the cut on her back leg split open again, she didn't care. She held the leg ginergly off the ground as the cougar aproched. It flinched as she got up, apparently it wasn't expecting a fight from it's injured prey. Little did it know that it was going to get beat. She remembered everything her brother and her time alone had ever taught her. She knew that the cougar would pounce on her weakest side, so as she watched it disappear behind her haunches she got ready. Suddenly she put all her weight on her two back hooves, which caused her to winced with the striking pain that shot up her leg, and swung around to slam her foreleg into the body of the cougar. It flew backwards and landed with a thud. It got up panting, but circled back towards her. It obviously wasn't that easy to scare off. She gritted her teeth and charged at the cougar, it didn't expect that, but it was a bold creature and it lept at her face. Thinking last minute, Tigress turned sharply on her heel and gasped because the cut on her back leg burned. She'd have to deal with that later. The cougar lept into plain air and landed clumsily on his feet in the grass, she took advantage of the moment and ran at it again, trying to kick it in the head, but before she could get there her leg gave out and she slipped. She landed hard on the grass. This was not a good position to be in. Then Wildfire burst out of the trees, he had come at an insanly good time...

Lilac kept following Wildfire, she was supprised by when he jolted forward. Her ears were alert, it sounded like...Tigress?

She trotted up until she could see what was happening, there was a cougar! She wanted to charge at it, it reminded her of when its kind had attacked her...she wanted to kill it. But she saw that Wildfire had sprung in and decided to let them both handle it, she would go in and help them if they were really losing. She stayed behind a tree waiting for the fight to be over. She relized then that Tigress looked in pain, was she hurt? What happened that Wildfire didnt tell Lilac? She kept quite saving all of the questions for after this was done...

Arion looked up at Sultan and smiled. "Is there something out there?" She asked. "I don't want anyone to get hurt. Including you." The black mare got up and nuzzled Sultan.

"From what everyone else has been saying there is something out there" Sultan tilted his head as he looked dsown at her and smiled softly hearing how much she cared for him. "I don't want nothing to happen to you either Arion" He nuzzled her back softly but he knew he would keep an eye on the others even though he was never asked to.

"I hope whatever's out there isn't a danger to anyone." Arion said. She loved Sutan, but didn't know if it was the right time to tell him. Should she just be open about it to him? Thoughts rushed through her mind.
