Lisa said " thank you so much" and walks to her side and opens the car door and said " anyways I don't think people would stand the chance against you"

He shrugged. "I've learned to survive, that's all." He got in the car and turned it on, pulling out of the driveway. 'we going to your work?"

Lisa shakes her head and said "nope shelter if got day where I work at my job and days I work at the shelter" then add " well I am glad you survive all this time"

He nodded. "Shelter it is." Then he chuckled. "A lot of it's been pure luck." He headed towards the shelter. He knew the way back so ce he had spent his life on the streets and he knew them well.

Lisa said " luck is better then failing badly" lisa looks outside and recalls the time her dad drank badly and hope she can forget that again

He shrugged. "Guess so. Although generally it's after I screw something up and fail that luck comes into play."

Lisa nods and said " I guess so lucky is my favorite thing not bad luck is not so fun"

He nodded. "True. Bad luck isn't helpful, that's for sure." He turned a corner and pulled into the shelter's parking lot and turned off the car and got out."

Lisa got out and walks to the door and unlocks it then walks inside and aighed

Sage followed lise inside and sat down on the windowsill. "Why do you even do all day when you're here? It's empty pretty often isnt it?"
