Phantom's flicked her tail on her side as fly's landed on her flank. Her legs felt stiff as she hadn't moved a lot since hurting her leg. She looked around spotting a good spot on the rim of the valley. Phantom started her slow walk over stretching her legs with each step. It felt good to be walking, her walk was almost normal but still it hurt to put all of her weight on it so there was still a limp. She reached the spotshe saw looking out of the valley, it was a nice spot as the tiny breeze blew through her mane helping take away some of the heat from the sun

Mystery smiled, nuzzling Macy and Scarlet, she was glad her friend had finally got away from Flame, he was just a monster, she looked at them both reassuringly "You'll like it here, the lead stallion is NOTHING like Flame, we are safe" she smiled

West listened to what Mystery had said. You couldn't even imagine how happy it made West knowing at least someone appreciated him.. to some extent. His gaze finally flicked to Phantom. It was about the right time for her to start walking, so West was happy to see her walking and not running.

Phantom stood enjoying the wind for a bit before slowly walking back down towards the lake. The wind reminded her of galloping, she huffed at the thought knowing she probably wouldn't be able to gallop anytime soon. Once she reached the lake looked down at her reflection, she wasn't thinking about anything but was just staring at herself in the waters reflection. Phantom then started making weird faces laughing quietly to herself about them. This was a cure for her bordem

Macy nodded "even in my short time being here, he is a great leader." she paused then frowed "no one can be as cruel as Flame..." Scarlet pranced around on her tiny legs, nipping at the mares' hindquarters and tails like she used to with her mother. before they ran. she was only a week old... if even that...

Mystery looked at the ground "Yeah... No one could be as horrific as him.." She looked over at Scarlet who was nipping the other mares "She's so cute, I'm surprised I didn't have one with the way Flame was..." A shiver went down Mystery's spine just thinking about him

"yeah..." she ducked her head then moved her mouth to Mystery's ear. "i haven't told Scarlet yet that her father is the worst stallion in the world..." she stepped back, letting it sink in for a second

Mystery listened carefully, even though she knew Flame was the only stallion in that terrible herd she was shocked "I'm so sorry... At least we both finally got away, I hate him! He is so controlling, I thought I was pregnant about two months ago since I kept throwing up but I think I was just discussed by him" she whispered, Mystery didn't want West or Scarlet to hear her

West knew no one was really talking to him anymore, so he just relaxed and focused his attention on the water. West identified each fish species as it swam past.
