-darn. It.- West thought unhappily. So much for small talk. He shifted, A small frown on his face. "...sorry." He finally said. "I didn't really think before I spoke..."

Dixie raised her head and gave him a soft but playful bump with her shoulder."i normally don't think either..."she pricked her ears as her eyes widened. she looked at West again "that may be why no one talks to me" she joked
| |
| |

West glanced at Dixie. "I talk to you." He said quietly, then flicked his ears. "Or at least I attempt to..." he joked, swishing his tail and glancing around again

Moon stopped to rest near a lake, a cute, quite, serene lake where she could be alone. She drank greedily and splashed her aching back and neck. She grew happier and happier as she played, and soon forgot that no one was playing with her.
| |

West was getting more worried about Moon as time went on. And more worried. And more worried. He was anxious... what if something happened to her? West would never forgive himself for not going after her...

Dixie tossed her head with a grin. "Everyone tries. Not many succeed " she softly bumped him with her head.
| |
| |

West laughed, tipping his head slightly. "I'm guessing I am one of the rare souls that had the pleasure of succeeding.." he joked, flicking his tail
| |

Dixie snorted "what!? Who ever said that?" Dixie tossed her head and pranced in place
| |
| |

West smiled wryly. "Welll... i am speaking to you right now..." he pointed out
| |

She softly head butted him "yep"
