West didn't really want to get in the middle of the family/close friend conversation. He definitely wasn't either of those... "That's good.." West murmured, backing up slightly

Dixie stood beside him, watching her sister. she sighed "i hate how even my own sister finds more joy in her friend than her younger sis..." she muttered so Macy couldn't hear. she almost forgot that West was and gulped when it hit her that he was. "i did not mean to say that..." she muttered again

West glanced at Dixie. "It's okay... I really do understand." He said quietly. Dixie must've had a horrible childhood... but she had no idea what West's was like. Just in the aspect no one really asked him and the only other horse that knew was Phantom

Dixie looked at him. "you have been asking me if i'm alright, but are you?" she could sense something was up. some called it her sixth sense

"Oh yes... just thinking about my old life." West replied. The one thing in his life that ever really... angered him. So far West had shown no signs of real anger or hatred. Directed at the wolves and cougars maybe... but he never got angry at horses. Ever since his childhood he had learned getting angry... just meant bad news for you

she wached him. -there's more...- she felt nosy and dropped her head. she was to open but then she wouldn't get the receiver to talk. -what is wrong with my ability to interact with other horses!?- she snorted at the ground and pawed the dirt with her hoof

West tipped his head. Dixie seemed... agitated. West walked a little closer. "I have a brother ya know." He said gently. West knew this would start the whole conversation he hated... but Dixie kind of deserved to know the truth about what kind of leader she had

she looked up "really?" she felt like this was going to go bad she she kept her guard up for anything. that's when she noticed he had gotten closer.

"Yes. One bother. His name is Deadly Menace." West made a face. "I'm just warning you... he was appropriately named. We are twins, so we both look exactly alike... but he has green eyes instead of my dark blue. Our personalities are also polar opposites." West shook his pelt, glancing around. "Not that you want to hear about my idiotic brother." He joked, flipping his mane

Dixie smiled "i'm intruiged..." he didn't have to tell her everything for her to be happy... just aslong as someone noticed her for once...
